Customization Process

After receiving your inquiry, we will discuss your specific requirements with your engineering team.

After receiving your drawings, we will assess the number of mold cavities based on the expected purchase quantity. If it is a physical sample, we can send a copy.

Once you confirm our quotation, 50% of the mold fee is paid before mold opening, and the remaining 50% is paid after mold confirmation.

Sometimes, depending on your customer's requirements, a sample mold will be made and samples will be sent first.

Samples will be shipped via international express or a designated freight forwarder.

The large mold will be made after the customer's engineer confirms the final sample.

After the final large mold sample is confirmed, production will proceed according to the order quantity.

Packaging will be done using standard internal packaging or customized packaging.
