When receiving customer emails or other inquiries, our sales team will actively contact the customer and communicate your needs and specific requirements for your silicone spoon project. Preliminary product analysis and quotation can also be carried out based on the original samples or product 3D/AI drawings provided by customers. The original design can also be optimized and modified according to customer needs.
The second stage: Rapid prototyping, mold opening, and mass production
Rapid prototyping: After the customer confirms the drawings, we can provide rapid prototyping to verify the reliability of the design.
Mass production mold: After the customer's engineer confirms and signs the final sample, we use high-quality steel to open the mold.
Mass production: We will use high-quality, excellent-performance solid/liquid silicone and other materials for mass production in-house.
At this stage, the product can be tinted according to the color palette or international Pantone color number provided by the customer.
The third stage: Edge removal, post-process processing
The formed spoon may have excess material (burrs). The processing department needs to trim the product edge by hand. Sometimes, according to customer needs or product performance requirements, the formed silicone spoon is placed in an oven for secondary vulcanization.
Stage Four: Custom Patterns and Logo
According to the product's pattern, color, and area, we use different processing methods to customize your pattern and logo on the surface of the silicone spoon. Common methods are laser engraving, screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer printing, and water transfer printing.
The fifth stage: packaging, transportation
Next, the packaging of the perfect silicone spoon begins. We can provide regular neutral packaging, individual transparent OPP bags, or customized packaging to meet customers' multi-sales channel needs. In addition, an independent warehouse team enables us to provide high-quality and fast packaging services to ensure that your goods are complete and shipped on time.
